The enquiry form asks only for information needed to understand your tutoring request and contact you about it.
What the form collects
The form may collect your first name, email address, student type, institution, course or subject, the help you are looking for, preferred start time and preferred lesson times.
Why it is collected
This information is used to understand whether Dr. Peter can help with your course or topic, reply to your enquiry, and organise tutoring if you decide to proceed.
Campaign source information
If you arrive through a flyer or campaign link, the site may keep a short source label for the current browser session. If you submit an enquiry, that label can be saved with the enquiry so Dr. Peter can understand which flyers or pages are useful. It is not used to build an advertising profile.
Where enquiries are stored
Enquiries submitted through the website are sent through a server-side Netlify function and stored in the Dr. Peter Maths Supabase project. Secret database credentials are kept on the server and are not included in the public website code.
Email confirmations and notifications
If email delivery is enabled, the email address and basic enquiry details may also be processed by the email delivery provider so that Dr. Peter can receive a notification and the student can receive a short confirmation message. The website does not use these emails for marketing.
What not to send
Please do not send passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the tutoring enquiry form.
Advertising trackers
The current website does not include advertising trackers or third-party advertising pixels. If analytics are added later, this notice should be updated before they are enabled.
Questions about your enquiry
Once the public Dr. Peter Maths email address is active, it will be shown on the contact page and can be used for questions or requests relating to enquiry information.
